SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE |
| Course Objectives: | Ability to solve problems in the design process. The ability to raise awareness against professional problems and current events with their designs. Ability to analyze, synthesize and interpret the design problem. 1. Designing and visual communication factors in transferring graphic design to application areas. to introduce, 2. Giving basic information and making applications in this field. 3. To prepare a press release for the product and service to be promoted. 4. To have application studies to comprehend the layout and basic design principles. |
| Course Content: | Introduction of design and visual communication factors in transferring graphic design to application areas, giving basic information and making applications in this field. Preparing a press release for the product and service to be promoted. Making application studies to comprehend layout and basic design principles. Commercial, social and cultural promotion campaigns. Use of display elements in advertisements. Applications for different media such as posters, outdoor, television, internet, radio and newspaper. |
