SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: Türk dilinin dünya dilleri arasındaki yeri ve tarihi, gelişiminin belirlenmesi, Türk dilinin yapı özelliklerinin öğretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Course Content: Bu derste öğrenciye, Türk dilinin kurallı, zengin, üretken ve köklü bir dil olduğu kavratılır. Öğrencilerin dinlediklerini, okuduklarını, incelik ve derinlikleriyle kavramaları; duyduklarını, gördüklerini, düşündüklerini ve anladıklarını, söz ve yazı ile planlı, etkili ve akılcı bir şekilde ifade etmeleri sağlanır. Okumanın vazgeçilmez bir ihtiyaç ve zevk olduğu benimsetilir ve okuma alışkanlığı kazandırılır. Dilbilgisi konuları metinler üzerinde yapılacak gözlem ve karşılaştırmalarla, anlamın iyi kavranmasını, dolayısı ile öğrencinin kendini ifade edebilmesini sağlayacak şekilde işlenir. Öğrencilere bilgiyi paylaşabilme ve sunum yapabilme becerileri kazandırılır.

  1) Dünya dilleri içerisinde Türk dilinin yerini ve tarihi gelişimini saptar.
  2) Karşılaştığı kelimeleri yapı bakımından tahlil eder.
