SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: Concepts in information systems, information effects in business strategies, effects of information systems in business structure, information systems and decision mechanisms, social and cultural effects of information systems, computers and information processing, information systems software, management of data sources, telecommunication, large scale entrepreneur information network, organizations, information management and decision-making, the effects of information systems on organizational culture, students learn about current information systems and usage examples in businesses and use information systems in their own business problems in the future.
Course Content: This course focuses on managerial concepts and the latest technological developments used by startups. The course includes both managerial and technical concepts.
