SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE |
Course Objectives: | One of the main purposes is to raise awareness about the use of visuality almost everywhere and its effect on people, with the responsibility brought by the intertwining of photography with sociology, anthropology, philosophy, cinema, all branches of fine arts by emphasizing its relationship with different disciplines. While the students are working individually, at the same time, during the shooting trips taken by the class, especially during the shooting, monitoring and practice studies are carried out to ensure that they can continue their work and provide space for each other without interfering with the shooting areas. It focuses on visual attention, perception of light and shadow, the variable effect of objects against light, and the visual transfer of subjects. |
Course Content: | One of the forms of human expression is photography, which is a visual language. The way to use this language well and consciously is to know photography techniques and to explain the content of the subject with the use of this technical knowledge. The activities to be carried out in this course are primarily to enable students to start with the correct use of the camera, the light-object relationship, color, composition, perspective, the discovery of photography and its development in the historical process. |
