Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to inform students about the functioning of the world of culture and art.
Course Content: The history, functioning, and roles of the key actors in the world of art and culture, as well as their roles within cultural policies, form the content of this course.

5) Neoliberalism and the transformation of cultural policies: the relationship between contemporary art and cultural policies.
