GENERAL INFORMATION

The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Bachelor`s Program is a four-year (8 semesters) undergraduate program defined at level 6 in the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF). The program is structured based on the student workload-based ECTS system and consists of a total of 240 ECTS credits. The language of instruction for the program is Turkish, and the method of instruction is face-to-face education. The program is conducted in accordance with the curriculum approved by the Senate of Beykoz University. Students who successfully complete the program are awarded a Bachelor`s Degree. The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Bachelor`s Program is classified under the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) in the fields related to Gastronomy, Food and Beverage Services, and the program`s field and level information has been defined in accordance with national and international qualification frameworks.
