SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: To solve the needs, problems and problems of today's interior architecture and environment design by designing the similarities of professional practice and project subjects that the students will encounter in their fields; To make the project with the necessary information hardware.
Course Content: Case study research processes, Sample space analysis, Spatial data analysis processes, Spatial relations and organizations, Space and structural design

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) are those describing the knowledge, skills and competencies that students are expected to achieve upon successful completion of the course. In this context, Course Learning Outcomes defined for this course unit are as follows:
Knowledge (Described as Theoritical and/or Factual Knowledge.)
  1) It can learn the analyzed spatial and structural information and values .
Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
  1) Can design by using 2 or 3 dimensional thinking processes in coordination with each other.
  2) Can prepare idea sketches, architectural project and visual presentations of the designed space.
Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
  1) To be able to make design suggestions by solving the functional needs, interior architcture and environmental design problems of any given high meter squared projects.

SECTION IV: TEACHING-LEARNING & ASSESMENT-EVALUATION METHODS OF THE COURSE

Teaching & Learning Methods of the Course

(All teaching and learning methods used at the university are managed systematically. Upon proposals of the programme units, they are assessed by the relevant academic boards and, if found appropriate, they are included among the university list. Programmes, then, choose the appropriate methods in line with their programme design from this list. Likewise, appropriate methods to be used for the course units can be chosen among those defined for the programme.)
