SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The main objective of this course is to help students grasp the establishment stages of a start-up and become familiar with the entrepreneurial climate.
Course Content: Entrepreneurship concept, types of it and ethics in entrepreneurship; economic, social and cultural foundations of entrepreneurship; business model, processes of entrepreneurship and business idea; feasibility, competitive analysis and business plan; design in entrepreneurship; entrepreneurship climate; franchising and business buying; starting a business; Key to success in entrepreneurship: innovation; incubation centers and clusters; entrepreneurship and family businesses; closing the business.
