Course Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to develop students' critical, creative and versatile thinking skills for situations they may encounter in business life. This course aims to strengthen individuals' problem solving, empathy, emotional intelligence, self-awareness and analytical thinking skills, enabling them to make more conscious and effective decisions in business life. |
Course Content: |
In this course, creative thinking methods, mental flexibility, storytelling, psychology in business life and human-centered thinking approaches will be discussed. Students will gain competence in problem solving, strategic thinking and developing an innovative perspective in the business world by learning techniques such as design-oriented thinking, gamification, mind maps, dynamics of transformation and critical evaluation. The course will be supported by interactive applications and sectoral examples.
