PROGRAMME PROFILE

The Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree Programme is positioned within the field of business and management sciences and is structured in accordance with the Bologna Process and the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS). Programme level and field classifications are defined in line with national and international qualification frameworks and are specified in Beykoz University’s institutional information systems and the ECTS Information Package.
The programme has an academically oriented structure based on the theoretical foundations of business and management and addresses core functional areas such as management and organization, accounting, finance, marketing, production, and human resources from a holistic perspective. It is designed by considering changing organizational structures, global competitive conditions, and contemporary management approaches.
The education and training process is conducted through theoretical courses, applied studies, case analyses, and project-based learning activities and supports analytical thinking, holistic evaluation skills, and an interdisciplinary perspective.
Programme-Specific Criteria
The criteria below reflect the academic orientation and distinctive characteristics of the programme and do not repeat programme learning outcomes or educational objectives.
PSC-1: Comprehensive coverage of core business functions is ensured through Introduction to Business Administration, Management and Organization, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Finance, Principles of Marketing, Production Management, and Human Resources Management.
PSC-2: Quantitative and qualitative analytical foundations are ensured through Business Mathematics I–II, Statistics, Operations Research, and Management Information Systems.
PSC-3: Practice-based and case-oriented teaching approaches are ensured through Strategic Management, Integrated Management Systems, Entrepreneurship and Startup Management, and Management Information Systems.
PSC-4: An interdisciplinary management perspective addressing organizational change and global dynamics is ensured through Organization Theory and Design, Organizational Behavior, International Marketing, Business Finance, and Human Resources Management.
PSC-5: Ethical principles, social responsibility, and sustainability are integrated through Human Resources Management, Principles of Marketing, Integrated Management Systems, and Strategic Management.
