PROGRAMME PROFILE

The Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Accounting and Auditing is designed for bachelor’s degree graduates who wish to specialize in accounting and auditing, as well as for professionals working in the public and private sectors. The program integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application and focuses on enhancing students’ professional knowledge and skills.
Within the program profile, students gain comprehensive knowledge in areas such as financial reporting, independent auditing, internal auditing, internal control, risk management, and financial analysis, and develop the competence to apply this knowledge in practice. In this context, current developments are closely followed and linked to professional practice, particularly within the framework of Turkish Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, and International Standards on Auditing.
The program supports the development of students’ analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and ethical evaluation skills, while also fostering a strong sense of professional responsibility. Graduates enter the workforce as qualified professionals specialized in accounting and auditing, capable of adapting to evolving regulations and taking active roles across various sectors.
