PROGRAMME PROFILE

The Master’s Program in Human Resources Management (with thesis) is a graduate program positioned within the field of management and organization, addressing the theoretical foundations and contemporary practices of the human resources management discipline from a holistic perspective. The program is structured in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process and the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) within the framework of the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF) Level 7.
The program has an academically oriented structure that aims to develop theoretical knowledge in the field of human resources management and to educate specialists who are able to follow contemporary research and contribute to the field by using scientific methods. Within this framework, the program aims to develop advanced knowledge and analytical skills in areas such as human resources planning, performance management, organizational behavior, strategic human resources management, leadership, labor law, and employment relations.
The target student profile of the program consists of individuals who aim to improve their academic knowledge in fields such as human resources management, management and organization, employment relations, and organizational behavior, and who seek to develop their analytical thinking and research skills.
The educational process is carried out through theoretical courses, case analyses, research-based studies, and a scientific thesis. Within the scope of the program, it is aimed to develop students’ abilities in critical thinking, research design, data analysis, and scientific knowledge production.
