In today’s business life, achieving success requires individuals to evaluate complex situations with a critical, creative, and multidimensional perspective. This course aims to develop students’ problem-solving, empathy, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and analytical thinking skills, thereby enabling them to make more conscious, flexible, and effective decisions in their professional lives. |
| Course Content: |
Within the scope of the course, topics such as emotional intelligence, empathy, communication, perception management, and creativity techniques are addressed in order to improve students’ creative thinking and problem-solving skills in business life. In addition, teamwork, stress and crisis management, negotiation, and decision-making processes are covered. A holistic perspective on business life is provided through approaches related to artificial intelligence, motivation, and ethics in the digital age. |
