SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE |
| Course Objectives: | A student who successfully completes this course will be able to write films, series, TV programs, etc., produced in line with the technical and technological developments in the field of cinema and television. will be able to read different samples. Will be able to make theoretical and practical evaluations by summarizing in which films and television products the new techniques and technologies emerging with digitalization are used. |
| Course Content: | Evolution of Camera Technologies from Analog to Digital, Evolution of Editing Technologies with Computer, Productions Featured with Visual Designs Before the Digital Era, Special Effects (SFX) and Types, Visual Effects (VFX) and Types, A View of Visual Design Studios, Film Screening Technologies from Analog to Digital, Glass Screens Topics such as Television Technology for Digital Platforms, Comparison of Film Production Technologies, Discussion on Digital Cinema and Final Project Analysis and Presentations constitute the content of the course. |
