| Course Objectives: |
Nowadays, rapid changes in economic, technological, legal and social fields necessitates companies to use their human resources rationally and efficiently.
or this reason, enterprises have to develop and implement various policies, methods and techniques in order to search, find, recruit, motivate,compensate, educate, employ in the right place and at the right time, to keep up their performances continuously and to provide their commitment to the company.
This course aims to give information about the basic principles and practices of human resources management to the managers who will work in different levels and units in the enterprises as well as those who will work in the human resources department of the enterprises. |
| Course Content: |
In this course, starting from the conceptual and historical development of HRM, basic functions and methods of HRM such as job analysis and job descriptions , job design, regulation of working conditions, human resource planning and selection, performance and career management, training and development, job evaluation and wage management, occupational safety and employee health are explained with examples. |
