WORK PLACEMENT(S)

There is no mandatory internship requirement in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Non-Thesis) Master’s Program. However, students are encouraged to reinforce their theoretical and practical knowledge by working voluntarily or part-time in departments such as human resources, organizational development, and consulting within various organizations. The program supports the integration of academic learning with real-world professional experience through such opportunities.
