PROGRAMME PROFILE

The Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Non-Thesis) Master’s Program is defined as a second cycle program within the Qualifications Framework of the European Higher Education Area (QF-EHEA), and at Level 7 according to both the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (EQF-LLL) and the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF), aligned with the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ). The program aims to integrate the theoretical foundations of psychological knowledge and skills related to work and organizational life with practical content. In this regard, it not only provides academic depth but also seeks to train professionals equipped to meet the evolving needs of organizations. Designed with a balanced structure of theoretical and applied courses, the program enhances graduates’ employability in relevant sectors and supports the development of versatile competencies.
